Wholesale Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM QUANTITY ORDER: 

  • $100 excluding shipping (Mix and match SKUS).

PRICING: 

  • Prices are subject to change.
  • We do not charge sales tax or additional fees. 
  • NO COUPON CODES ALLOWED on wholesale orders.

ORDERING: 

  • New customers must fill out our order form and email it to info@gomable.com 
  • Existing customers can simply email their sales rep or info@gomable.com their order/ PO

PAYMENT:

  • We accept all major credit cards, cheques, Paypal, ACH and wire transfers.

SELLING:

  • Items must be priced at least MSRP at the time of purchase.
  • Items must be sold on a secure & privately hosted website or in a privately owned brick & mortar store.
  • Items may not be sold on 3rd party websites such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Walmart, etc. 
  • Original packaging must remain on product when sold.  
  • Sales: Discounts may never exceed 25% off MSRP. Sales must be clearly marked as a 'limited time offer' with exact dates. MSRP must be clearly visible.

SHIPPING:

  • Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination of the order. We do not markup our shipping rates to our wholesale customers. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking updates via email. 
  • International orders can take additional time to arrive due to customs/imports/other factors. The customer is responsible for paying any international duties or customs clearance fees. 
  • We are not responsible for package delays due to postal service error/international customs.


RETURNS:

  • Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders. If there are any product issues that have occurred during manufacturing and/or shipping, please contact us and we will work on a resolution.

DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS:

  • Damages or missing products must be reported within 5 business days of shipment arrival.
  • Please provide order number and photos including interior AND exterior packaging, shipping label and damaged goods to info@gomable.com
  • We are not responsible for damages to goods incurred while shipping to third party customers. When shipping our products, properly package with recyclable padding. 

PROCESSING TIME:

  • We ship Monday to Friday 9am-3pm PST. We strive to fulfill orders within 24-48 hours of being placed Monday to Friday. If you have a shipping deadline, please reach out and we’ll do our best to get our products to you as quickly as possible.  

INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS: 

  • International orders are subject to additional importation fees and taxes that may be incurred by their country. Please contact your local customs and import offices prior to placing your order as we are not responsible for additional fees incurred by customs/importation/VAT.
  • International MSRP pricing: Items must be priced to at least the converted MSRP at the time of purchase rounded up to the nearest dollar.
