Great new brush!

I received my first Mable toothbrush a few weeks ago and immediately fell in love. The bristles are the perfect strength and softness. I can feel the bamboo clean my mouth safely!

soft toothbrush review

I love this toothbrush. The bristles run normally (soft is normal soft, hard is normal hard so get what you usually buy.) I ove the wood. The wood is soft and smooth.

Like the toothbrush, but the

Like the toothbrush, but the paint on the bottom chips off and gets all over the place. I would prefer it without any paint. I would not use the color and suggest users write in sharpie on the brush to distinguish one persons brush from another's.

Year Supply for Two People

Best toothbrush!

The cleanest my mouth has ever been after brushing with my Mable toothbrush. I was skeptical about paying $7 for a toothbrush but it has wonderful quality and is 100% biodegradable which was so important to me. This is the only toothbrush I will ever use again! I'm buying this as gifts and recommend this product to anyone who will listen! I searched for a year and a half just trying to find a biodegradable toothbrush. Mable toothbrushes are amazing!

Feels and looks great, but a little small

I love my family set of Mable brushes. They look great on our bathroom counter. My only wish is that the bristles would be a little larger. It feels very small in my mouth compared to a standard plastic toothbrush, which is all I had used before Mable.

Worth it

Brush is really soft but I've heard it's supposed to be that way. I'm happy with my purchase and glad I can toss the plastic toothbrush. I also gave one as a gift and they loved it

What makes MABLE’s Charcoal self-standing bamboo toothbrush different from a regular plastic toothbrush?

Traditional toothbrushes are made from petroleum-based plastic. MABLE toothbrushes feature an FSC-certified bamboo handle that is 100% compostable (with bristles removed), BPA-free bristles infused with charocal, and a unique self-standing design for less clutter and better hygiene. Each brush is ethically produced in an FDA-registered facility and quality-checked for safety.

Is the bamboo handle compostable or biodegradable?

Yes. The handle is made from 100% bamboo and certified USDA BioPreferred as 100% biobased. Remove the bristles first, then compost the bamboo handle. It typically breaks down in 4–6 months depending on compost conditions.

What are the benefits of Binchotan charcoal–infused bristles?

Binchotan charcoal-infused bristles are designed to support oral hygiene through gentle, effective cleaning. The porous structure of Binchotan charcoal helps adsorb impurities and odors during brushing, leaving your mouth feeling fresh. These bristles are soft yet durable, helping to clean teeth comfortably while supporting a balanced oral environment.

Are the charcoal bristles compostable?

No. The charcoal bristles are made from BPA-free nylon infused with approximately 3% Binchotan charcoal. While the bamboo handle is compostable, the bristles are not and should be removed before composting the handle.

How long will a 2-pack last?

Dentists recommend replacing your toothbrush every 3 months. A 2-pack provides one person with a six month supply.
